EccProcessTasks

EccProcessTasks lists the user tasks of a case - open and finished - with title, start time, group or owner, and a button to work on open tasks.

`onCountChange`	`(count) => void`	number of open tasks (state `Ready`), e.g. for a badge

icon	from the task's `icon`, otherwise from its state (open, reserved, completed, error)
title	the task's `comment` (task parameter `Comment` in the model), else its name
time	start of the task, relative, via EccDate
subtitle	open tasks: the potential groups; other tasks: the owner's display name
edit button	open tasks only: opens the task page (`/task/{id}`)

Data

The widget calls GET /api/v1/process/{rootProcessInstanceId}/tasks (through fetchProcessTasks). Each entry is an EccTask.
