EccPageFooter

EccPageFooter is the fixed footer of a start form with Cancel, Save (draft) and Submit. It collects the output of all fields of the page (every field with valueOut, see Component Basics) and sends it to the business service.

`process`	EccProcess	the process to start: `eccType`, `processId`, `processName`, optional `processInstanceId` of a draft and `info`
`onProcessSaved`	`(processInstanceId) => void`	id of the saved draft (`tmp.…`)
`onInfoChange`	`(text) => void`	text of the note field that appears on Save
`onCancel`	`() => void`	replaces "close tab"
`onSave`	`() => void`	called after a successful save
`onSubmit`	`() => Promise`	replaces the default submit

Cancel	closes the browser tab (or calls `onCancel`)
Save	stores the output as draft; the user can add a note (`info`); the draft appears in EccSavedProcesses
Submit	starts the process with the output and opens the confirmation page with process id, process name, business key and process instance id

Success and error messages appear as notifications.
